We
...in our beloved city of Oakland, California! And, while we couldn't manage to group Ceremony and Reception into the same location, we did manage to put them within two miles of each other.

Below is some information that will hopefully help you get oriented, from lodgings to restaurant suggestions. If you need more information, feel free to contact us directly and we'll do our best to help. Unless you are fairly familiar with the SF/Bay Area and its famously unpredictable traffic patterns, we really reccomend trying to lodge somewhere in the East Bay.

The easiest airport for Oakland is Oakland. (OAK.) Now with convenient, direct BART line extension. 10 minutes to downtown, and relatively competitive flight prices. Our second best choice is SFO, also with a BART extension.
If you plan to use San Jose or Sacramento, we reccomend renting a car and leaving yourself plenty of travel time.

How
do i get around?
This is not L.A. People love and use the public transportation here. There are two BART stops within 5 minute car rides from our venues( 19th St and Lake Merritt). Taxis, Ubers and Lyfts are also available in abundance, as is the A/C transit bus line.

Technically, however, a car will offer you the most versatility, though if you plan to have a day out in The City we suggest making friends with BART and MUNI (the SF only subway section). We aren't planning on having a shuttle between venues, unfortunately, so please make your plans accordingly.
